1. I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery. |
احکام ۱ — میں تمہارا پروردگار ہوں جوتمہیں ملکِ مصرسے اور غلامی کے گھر سے نکال لایا میں ہوں | |

2. You shall have no other gods before me. |
احکام ۲ — میرے حضور تم غیر معبودوں کو نہ ماننا | |

3. You shall not misuse the name of the LORD your God, for the LORD will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses his name. |
احکام ۳ — تم اپنے پروردگار کا نام بے فائدہ نہ لینا | |

4. Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy. |
احکام ۴ — یادکرکے تم سبت کا دن پاک ماننا | |

5. Honor your father and your mother, so that you may live long in the land the LORD your God is giving you. |
احکام ۵ — تم اپنے والدین کی عزت کرنا تاکہ تمہاری عمر اُس ملک میں دراز ہوجوتمہارے پروردگار نے تمہیں عطا کیا ہے۔ | |

9. You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor. |
